Ran 30 minutes yesterday with no pain in left arch
Ran with Skylon shoes with SOLE Thin Sport insoles yesterday for 30 minutes yesterday and I had no pain in my left arch. I seem to be fine this morning too. There was some tightness, but no pain. I’ve been trying to wear shoes with more support indoors and outdoors, and that seemed to help recovery along with a few weeks of no running.

Found another dead Red Cherry Shrimp today
Found another dead red cherry shrimp today. This is in addition to 2 I found dead last week. All of the crystal red shrimp I added on Saturday are doing fine, and the rest of the cherry shrimp seem to be doing fine, so I’m not sure what’s causing the deaths. I bought some Sera Shrimp Naturals food today as the main food I’ll be feeding the shrimps at home at work. Shrimp at work seem to be doing fine.
