James Stephens » The Problem With Spamassassin’s AutoWhitelist Feature

I turned off Razor and AutoWhitelist today on my Spamassassin settings in order to speed up Spamassassin checks. Some spam is still getting through when spammers flood my smtp connections and Spamassassin can’t keep up. The items that Razor caught were already way above the threshold due to other scores, so Razor was an unneccessary network check while the AutoWhitelist feature was turned off due to the reservations stated in the article above.
