Where is the seminal S.F. movie of the 2000s?

In the 1960s, it was 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968).

In the 1970s, it was Star Wars (1977).

In the 1980s, it was Bladerunner (1982).

In the 1990s, it was The Matrix (1999).

Will we have to wait till the end of the decade for the defining S.F. movie of the 2000s? I still haven’t seen a S.F. movie this decade that I’ve wanted to watch over and over again which made me think of the backstory of the characters and environment. Congratulations to Harrison Ford in his starring roles in both Star Wars and Bladerunner.
