Nike+ progress
Ran 4.2 miles yesterday and 4.5 miles today. Calibrated Nike+ Band
yesterday for accuracy. At a total of only 80 miles for the year so far,
I have a lot of mileage to make up. I’m walking 1/8 of a mile before I
run, running in the more cushioned Nike+ Air Max Moto 7, and using a
Sole thin sport insole to help prevent a reccurence of the plantar
fascitis from overtraining earlier this year. What’s amazing is on the
Nike+ 500 mile challenge for 2010, someone has already run over 2,700
miles.
