7 am mtb ride through Arastradero Park and Los Altos Hills with Sean. Saw a coyote, deer, rabbits, and goats. 16 miles on summer solstice.

I must say I am a stout guy. Gimme Guinness or Murphy’s, sweet Italian sausage, and sauerkraut, and I’m a very happy guy. Thank you Europe!

Rode Kona Ute to RSA and ran Upper Wildcat Loop. Reprimanded by park ranger for not wearing helmet on my way out. Helmets required at RSA.

Word of the day is “oleophobic” in describing the iPhone 3GS screen which is hopefully resistant to the kids’ greasy fingers.

My Nike Skylons are Nike+ compatible and I have an iPod Touch 2nd gen. Maybe it’s time for me to try Nike+ after the Wired 17.07 article.
