Friday biked to Rancho San Antonio farm and ran the Rogue Valley Trail. Twisted ankle on downhill, but I’m okay now. Nice to go carless.

15-pound dog came after me as I passed it on the Stevens Creek Trail, but the owner pulled it back by its leash. Dog in rear wheel not good.
