I was listening to the All Things That Fly Podcast, and they had a suggestion to use a Dremel tool to cut EPP foam since it gives a much finer cut than a blade.

I tied down some loose servo wires with Power Pro Spectra Fishing line on my MS Composit Pitts S2. I threaded the line with a needle through and back out of the foam structure of the plane and then tied a knot to keep the servo wires from flopping about. This is a lot cleaner … Continue reading »
