Ran to the bride over the train tracks on the Stevens Creek Trail and did 7 uphill repeats. Traffic on 85 was stinky on the 237 overpass.

E and I saw a black cat with a duckling in its mouth run across the Stevens Creek Trail. Told E and A how cats kill a lot of birds.

Family biked all the way from home to the Shoreline Boathouse. E. needs a larger bike. It was a bit chilly this morning.

Friday biked to Rancho San Antonio farm and ran the Rogue Valley Trail. Twisted ankle on downhill, but I’m okay now. Nice to go carless.
