But Bikram Choudhury, the millionaire founder of Bikram Yoga, believes his kind of yoga belongs to him — he has even copyrighted it. Now, he has sued Yoga to the People for copyright infringement, seeking monetary damages and asking a federal judge to block Yoga to the People from offering its hot yoga class.

“We sent an investigator to take the classes,” Robert Gilchrest, Mr. Choudhury’s lawyer, said on Thursday. “The classes were virtually mirror images and the dialogue was consistently the same.”

Despite yoga’s long history, Mr. Gilchrest said that Mr. Choudhury had the right to claim his own 26-posture sequence and the instructor’s dialogue.

Yes, it does sound silly, but the lawyers and yoga masters will figure it out. Personally, I’d rather be outside if I’m going to work out and sweat.

E and I watched Captain America last weekend, but I had the privilege of meeting a real World Word 2 patriot whenever I would see Jen’s Uncle Ray in Massachusetts. I’ll always remember his warm smile and his strong handshake. Once we got to talking about Once Upon a Time in the West, and he told me he didn’t like it because Henry Fonda played the bad guy. Too bad I didn’t have more conversations with him. Thank you for all you gave to your country and community. R.I.P.

I’m thinking that there will be only Harvard or Yale Law graduates on the bench if she’s confirmed because the confirmation hearings can be so contentious. If a nominee isn’t from the right school, it will make it easier for the opposing political party to make a point that the nominee isn’t qualified.

Person cutting his head going off the diving board at Eagle Park forced egress of everyone out of the pool and shutdown until the next day. Jen noticed this guy sitting on chair and lifeguards attending to him with fluid dripping down his neck which turned out to be blood. He was conscious when the ambulance took him away, but lifeguards had to do full wipedown with bleach of all areas contaminated with blood. Wonder what the general protocol for a public pool is when blood has contaminated the waters. Do they pump in more chlorine than usual for awhile and then bring chlorine levels back to normal in the system? What if one drop of blood full of ebola hit a public pool…
