Surely he ought to be able to judge that for himself. Besides just as for any child before a car journey Condi should have asked him whether he needed to go before the meeting started.

BTW, no-one commented on the fact that Bush cannot even write a few words without mixing uppercase and lowercase letters!!! Even Homer Simpson doesn’t do that!
